BARE FEET<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Make the most of going barefoot as much as possible during your stay. It brings you a little closer to nature by being directly connected to it. If you don\u2019t want to walk barefoot outside the cabin, bring sandals with you so that you can easily walk in and out of the cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n

SUN PROTECTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You need to protect yourself from the sun’s UV rays all year round. It\u2019s especially important to remember this as we come out of winter. Choose sun cream with an SPF protection factor, drink plenty of water and wear protective clothing if you prefer.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n

TICKS<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Whenever you have spent time in nature, it\u2019s a good idea to check there are no ticks on your body or in your clothes. Bring a pair of tick tweezers with you, just to be sure. Don’t forget to check the hairline, ears and neck. If it’s a peak tick season, stay on the paths as much possible, wear closed shoes and keep your arms and legs covered. You can also use DEET on exposed skin.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n

MOSQUITOES<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Even though mosquitoes mainly appear in summer, they can sometimes be quite active in spring. If there are mosquitoes around, there is a mosquito net in your cabin that you can wrap around the bed. Make sure you use a good insect repellent with DEET, especially at sunrise and sunset.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n

COLD<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Things can cool down quickly in the evening and at night in spring. Be sure to pack an extra warm jumper or sweatshirt so you don’t get too cold. Do you want to sleep under the stars? Then make sure you have several layers of clothing on.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n
