During your stay at Cabin ANNA, you can relax even more deeply with a massage in your own cabin, surrounded by nature. In the quiet of the forest, you can fully unwind while an experienced massage therapist helps release tension and reconnect you with your body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each massage is offered with care, in a calm and unhurried rhythm in harmony with the serene experience of Cabin ANNA. Whether you choose a deep relaxation massage, a special butterfly massage, or a short chair massage, the moment is entirely yours. Massages are available upon request and subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Butterfly massage including meditation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Enjoy a soothing butterfly massage in your own ANNA. The massage can be given individually or as a duo and is a special experience to share together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before or during the massage, you can choose a short meditation to help bring you out of your head and into your body. The massage begins with gentle touches along the spine \u2014 the so-called butterfly massage \u2014 where blockages often occur. This subtle touch helps release tension and create deep relaxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the butterfly massage, the treatment gradually becomes slightly firmer, gradually working across the whole body, leaving you deeply relaxed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wellness massage (relaxation massage)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A calming massage focused on deep relaxation and recovery. The wellness massage is a classic relaxation treatment, given with care in a calm and unhurried way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warm oil is used during the massage, along with a range of techniques. The back, neck, shoulders, head, arms, legs, and feet are treated. The massage helps reduce stress, stimulates circulation, and restores balance to body and mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A duo wellness massage is not available, but two wellness massages can be booked consecutively.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chair massage<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

During this massage, you sit comfortably in a specially designed massage chair while an experienced therapist uses pressure-point techniques to release tension in the back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. The technique is based on Japanese Shiatsu massage and quickly brings relaxation, calm, and renewed energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lovely break during your inspiring day, leaving you ready to continue your day feeling recharged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
