Get your day off to a good start with yoga. Balance your body, mind, spirit and consciousness. During this session, guided by an experienced yoga teacher, you will become aware of your breathing and practise poses in tune with the energy of the season. Experience the silence, connect with yourself and your surroundings and gain new strength. We use nature, yoga, meditation and breathing as tools to guide you. All necessary materials will be provided. The yoga session ends with a warm drink and a five elements test to give you some insight into your qualities and pitfalls.
