During this meditation session, you will do two different meditations guided by an experienced teacher. These will follow the energy of the season and focus on a theme that fits the season. Meditating calms your mind, just as sleeping calms your body. You will not banish all thoughts completely. It takes years of practise to do that. However, during this meditation you will experience what it is like to allow your thoughts to come and go.
