Breathing & ice in nature

A boost for your immune system. Experience the positive effects of breathing and the cold. Under the guidance of an experienced breathing coach, you will learn to breathe consciously and then step into a cold pool. You don't want to miss this icy challenge. All necessary materials will be provided. The activity starts in 't Hart lounge at the reception. And you’ll have the chance to chat afterwards while enjoying a hot cup of tea or coffee. This workshop is suitable for anyone aged 18 or over and who is mentally and physically fit.*
